ZipTie is an AI search monitoring platform that checks what AI engines say about a brand on a schedule. It covers seven engines: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Bing AI Overview and Google Gemini. Results are reduced to citations, mentions and sentiment, which combine into a 0-100 AI Success Score used to rank optimization priorities.

Setup starts with a project wizard that reads a site and proposes prompts customers are likely to ask. Prompts are held as slots in daily, weekly or monthly pools, so a prompt costs the same however often its window re-runs it, and geographic coverage can be set by country. The dashboard includes competitor tracking, a prompt library with per-engine performance, LLM trend analysis, Google Search Console connection and CSV, Excel and PDF export with share links.

Pricing has no fixed tiers: prompt slots and engines are configured and priced together, with teammates and projects unlimited. Optional add-ons include UGC Impact Analysis (a source-level view of the third-party content, such as Reddit, that AI cites), Content Generation for briefs and articles at $20 per month per context, and a REST API plus MCP server for $10 per month. The trade-off is that the bill depends on configuration, so costs need to be modeled up front, and the free trial excludes the API, add-ons and four of the seven engines.
